About Us:
The State Property Organization is a fast-growing company that specializes in property management, sales, and solar home improvement. We are committed to providing top-notch services to homeowners and businesses. As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated and experienced cold callers to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Experienced Cold Callers who have a background in solar home improvement, real estate, or both. Your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients via phone, introduce our products and services, and set appointments for our sales team.

If you have a proven track record in cold calling, a passion for customer service, and experience in the solar or real estate industries, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the solar home improvement and real estate sectors
Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
Build rapport with potential clients and identify their needs
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience (preferably in solar home improvement or real estate)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance

Preferred Skills:

Experience in solar home improvement sales
Experience in real estate cold calling or sales
Familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus
Knowledge of basic sales techniques and lead generation strategies
