JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
You will make outbound cold calls to Property Management Companies using our script. Your goal is to identify the decision maker, introduce our company, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the next step. This is relationship-building rather than hard selling.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 60 outbound call attempts during each 5-hour shift.
• Follow the provided script.
• Identify the decision maker responsible for appliance repair vendors.
• Collect the decision maker's name, title, phone number and email.
• Update Google Sheets/CRM after every call.
• Send company information when requested.
• Schedule follow-up calls.
• Submit a daily activity report.

Performance Expectations:

Success will be measured by both activity and quality.
Daily KPI:
• Around 60 outbound call attempts.
• Accurate CRM updates after every interaction.
• Identify 5–10 decision makers per shift.
• Obtain 3–5 companies that agree to receive our company information by email.

Quality of conversations and collected information is more important than simply making the highest number of calls.
