JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cold caller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be calling property owners and asking if they are interested in selling their property. You will follow a simple script, gather basic property information, and send all leads to our acquisitions team.

This is a long-term position for someone who is professional, speaks clear English, and is comfortable talking on the phone for several hours per day.

Work Schedule:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
(That is 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippines Time)

Pay:
$2 per hour (Paid weekly)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to property owners
Follow provided call script
Ask qualifying questions and gather property information
Tag and update call results in the system
Send interested leads to the team
Be available and on time every shift

Requirements:

Previous cold calling experience (required)
Excellent English speaking skills
Clear microphone and quiet workspace
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable with dialer systems
Real estate cold calling experience is a plus
