HIRING: Virtual Assistant Cold Caller (Commercial Cleaning Company – USA Clients)
MUST HAVE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE
Remote (Work From Home)
Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 10AM – 5PM EST (USA Business Hours)
$3.00/hour USD + bonuses ($10 per qualified appointment + $50–$100 per closed contract)

OCD Janitorial Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company servicing businesses across the USA and Canada. We help businesses maintain spotless offices, car dealerships, medical clinics, and warehouses through reliable and professional cleaning services.
We’re now expanding our **appointment-setting team** and looking for **experienced Cold Calling Virtual Assistants** who can confidently speak to business owners, follow scripts, and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

### **???? Responsibilities**
* Make **45–60 outbound cold calls per hour** to local businesses (list provided).
* Use our provided **scripts and CRM system** to log notes and track leads.
* Schedule **appointments** between business owners and our field team using **Calendly** (training provided).
* Follow up with leads when needed and maintain professional communication.
* Send daily call reports with: number of calls, missed calls, and booked appointments.

Skills & Qualifications**
* **Strong English speaking and listening skills** (clear, confident, friendly).
* Previous experience in **cold calling**, **telemarketing**, or **appointment setting** (required).
* Experience using **CRM tools**, **dialers (e.g., LimePhone / Dialpad)**, or **lead tracking software**.
* **Reliable internet connection** and quiet work environment.
* **Positive attitude**, confidence on the phone, and ability to handle objections.
* Available during **USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time)**.

Compensation
* **$3 USD per hour**
* **$10 bonus per qualified appointment**
