JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a medium to seasoned Closer and Setter who can handle both roles effectively.

Your main responsibility is to talk to US small business owners, qualify them, set appointments when needed, and close deals for business funding / working capital solutions. You will work leads, follow up, overcome objections, and guide interested business owners through a simple application process.

This is a performance-based role. You only get paid when a deal is successfully closed.

Compensation:

$250 commission per closed deal

Pure commission (no base salary)

Requirements:

Medium to seasoned experience as both a Closer and Setter

Amazing spoken and written English (must sound natural and professional with US clients)

Must be able to obtain a USA phone number (Google Voice, TextNow, or similar is fine)

Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections

Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Available during US business hours (flexible but consistent)

What the job involves:

Contacting and following up with business owners

Qualifying leads and setting appointments when needed

Closing deals and guiding clients through the application

Maintaining a professional and friendly communication style
