We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Transaction Coordinator with specific experience in the California real estate market. You will be the "air traffic control" for our deals, managing the process from to close. You must be deeply familiar with California’s specific disclosures, escrow processes, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
California Compliance: Coordinate and review all CA-specific disclosures (TDS, SPQ, AVID, NHD) and ensure they are fully executed. Be familiar with the
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, escrow officers, lenders, and cooperating agents.
Documentation: Prepare addenda and amendments; upload all documents to our compliance platform (e.g., SkySlope) for broker review.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor all contingency periods (Physical, Appraisal, Loan) and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Escrow Coordination: Open escrow, order prelims, and coordinate with the title company to ensure a smooth closing.
Requirements:1-3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator specifically for California real estate.
Proficiency in authentisign, designedZipForms, Glide, and Docusign/Dotloop.Experience with MLS (CRMLS, FlexMLS, etc.) is a major plus. Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a professional "client-facing" tone.Must be able to work PST Business Hours.
