What You’ll Do

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial tracking and help ensure everything stays balanced and on track. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and reconciling financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Tracking daily transactions, expenses, and revenue.
- Reviewing and reconciling bank and credit card statements.
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring all financial data is up-to-date, complete, and audit-ready.
- Identifying discrepancies or missing information and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborating with leadership to support strategic financial decisions.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
- A background in accounting or previous experience working in banking or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
