Pay: $4–$7 USD/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

About Us

Summit Campaigns is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency helping businesses generate new customers through Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead generation, and landing pages.

We're looking for a confident, experienced B2B cold caller to help us connect with U.S. business owners and book qualified sales appointments.

We're not looking for someone who simply reads a script. We want someone who genuinely understands sales, can hold natural conversations, handle objections, and think on their feet.

What You'll Do:

-Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses.

-Build rapport and have genuine conversations with business owners.

-Handle objections confidently and professionally.

-Identify interested, qualified prospects and schedule appointments.

-Track calls, follow-ups, and appointments.

-Help refine our approach and improve the sales process.

What We're Looking For:

-Experience cold calling U.S. businesses (no minimum number of years required).

-Excellent spoken English and natural conversational skills.

-Strong objection-handling and appointment-setting abilities.

-Confidence speaking with busy business owners and decision-makers.

-Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours.

-Bonus: Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies or selling lead generation services.
