JOB OVERVIEW

eCerts is a specialist sustainability consultancy delivering BASIX, NatHERS and energy compliance solutions across residential and multi-dwelling projects in NSW.

We are growing and looking to bring on an Architect or Architectural Graduate who wants to develop deep technical expertise in energy modelling, thermal performance and compliance — with full training provided from the ground up.
This is not a drafting role.
This is a pathway into becoming a highly skilled sustainability consultant.

About the Role
You will be trained to:
• Prepare and lodge BASIX certificates
• Model dwellings in HERO NatHERS software
• Analyse building fabric, glazing and orientation impacts
• Work across single dwellings, dual occupancies, and multi-dwelling developments

You’ll gain strong exposure to:
• Thermal performance modelling
• Energy efficiency strategy in residential design

Who This Role Suits
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a degree in Architecture or Building Design
• Has strong attention to detail
• Enjoys problem solving and technical work
• Is comfortable working with numbers and data
• Wants to build specialist expertise rather than purely design

No prior BASIX or NatHERS experience required — we will train you.
