We are looking for a sharp, experienced sales professional to join our team. We sell a high-end 1-on-1 mentorship program helping people in Australia launch their careers as Data Analysts.
This isn’t a cold calling gig where you just read a prompt and hope for the best. We need someone who understands the psychology of the sale, knows how to take control of a conversation, and can qualify leads effectively.
The Pay:
Base Salary: We pay a solid hourly rate.
Bonuses: Very aggressive performance bonuses. If you are good, you will be paid very well.
What we are looking for:
You dig deep: You don't just ask surface-level questions. You know how to ask the right questions to uncover the prospect's real pain points and "why."
You control the frame: You are friendly and empathetic, but you lead the call. You know how to address objections before they even come up in the conversation.
You are coachable: You have the discipline to stick to a proven script because you understand it works, but you have the sales intuition to deliver it naturally.
Experience matters: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is required.
The Role:
Handling calls with potential students who want to break into the Data Analytics industry.
Qualifying leads to ensure they are a perfect fit for our mentorship.
Setting quality appointments for our closing team.
Bonus points if:
You have previous experience selling info products, coaching, or online education courses.
