JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing local SEO company helping businesses rank in the top 3 of Google Maps (Local Map Pack) through our proven optimisation system. We’re now hiring an experienced US Appointment Setter to join our outreach team and help us continue scaling our client acquisition efforts.

You’ll be responsible for following up with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments into our calendar. This includes calling leads who have submitted enquiries, nurturing conversations, confirming booked appointments, and ensuring prospects show up prepared for their scheduled calls. You will also be responsible for accurately recording notes in our CRM systems and tracking activity across our internal workflows.

This is a results-driven role where your ability to communicate clearly with US-based prospects, maintain strong follow-up discipline, and consistently generate qualified appointments will directly increase your commission earnings.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 1+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting or lead qualification (required)
- Has experience calling and communicating with US-based prospects
- Speaks fluent English with a strong American-style accent (mandatory requirement)
- Is highly confident on the phone and comfortable following structured scripts
- Can uncover prospect pain points and qualify leads effectively
- Can manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Is proactive, highly organised, and able to work independently
- Has strong attention to detail when updating CRM notes and call outcomes
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Can follow structured workflows and continuously improve performance

Required Working Hours:
- US Hours (9:00am – 7:00pm Eastern Time)
- Monday to Friday

Compensation:
- $7.50 per hour (~$1,500/month base pay)
- Performance commissions based on per qualified show, weekly show rates, and monthly targets (if you're hitting KPI's $1,800 - $2,000+ is doable)
