JOB OVERVIEW

TrueNorth Trading Co. LLC is looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant for a full-time, long-term position.

This is not an entry-level position. You must already have experience sourcing profitable Amazon products and be proficient with Keepa and SellerAmp. Training will be provided as a refresher and to teach you TrueNorth's specific sourcing methods and standards, but you should already know how to source independently.

Requirements:

Proven Amazon OA product sourcing experience
Strong knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp
Ability to analyze Keepa charts, ROI, profit, sales rank, Buy Box, competition, and seller counts
Experience using multiple OA sourcing strategies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written English and communication skills
Reliable computer and internet connection
Available Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)

Compensation & Growth:
Starting pay is $3.50 USD/hour, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and future pay increases. Our goal is to find the right person for a long-term position where we can grow together as TrueNorth grows.
