The Role
You'll own our entire Amazon advertising and sales strategy end to end. That means you're not just pushing buttons in a dashboard, you're the person who spots the opportunity everyone else missed, tests the idea no one else thought of, and delivers results that make the whole team look good.

What You'll Be Doing
- [ ] Mastering Scale Insights to squeeze every drop of performance out of our campaigns - from bid management to keyword research to ad creative testing.
- [ ] Diving deep into the data, running A/B tests, and turning numbers into decisions that actually move the needle.
- [ ] Managing budgets across multiple product lines with a sharp eye on ROI - every pound working harder than the last.
- [ ] Building out PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display that drive real visibility and real sales.
- [ ] Writing punchy, scroll-stopping copy for Brand and Display ads.
- [ ] Keeping a close watch on search performance and rankings across key channels.
- [ ] Collaborating with our marketing team to make sure PPC and brand strategy are pulling in the same direction.
- [ ] Staying ahead of the curve - you're the one telling us about platform changes and new tactics, not the other way around.

What You Bring
- [ ] Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results.
- [ ] Deep fluency in Scale Insights, Helium10, Data Dive.
- [ ] Hands-on experience with Flat Files for catalog uploads and edits.
- [ ] Strong analytical chops - you can take a messy data set and pull out a clear story.
- [ ] A solid grasp of A/B and multivariate testing.
- [ ] Knowledge of current e-commerce and digital advertising best practices.
- [ ] Clear communication - you can explain what's working (and what's not) without the jargon.
