About us

Farol Ventures LLC is a US-registered e-commerce business selling on Amazon. We run a mix of online arbitrage and wholesale. Ownership sits in Europe (CET timezone), so we work asynchronously and value people who can run their own day without hand-holding. You will be required to use a time tracking log for transparency.

We're looking for one experienced sourcing VA to take ownership of our online arbitrage pipeline — not a beginner we train from scratch.

What you'll do:

- Source profitable OA leads from reputable US retail sites
- Validate every lead against our buying criteria before it reaches me: ROI, net margin after all fees, sales velocity, BSR stability, seller count and competition, Amazon-on-listing status
- Screen for restricted brands, gated categories, IP-complaint history, hazmat, meltable and oversize issues — we do not want leads I can't actually list
- Log leads in our Google Sheets tracker with source URL, ASIN, buy cost, expected sell price, all-in FBA fees, ROI %, estimated monthly sales, and screenshots of the Keepa chart
- Track coupon codes, cashback portals, and gift card discounts that improve landed cost

Requirements — please don't apply without these

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon online arbitrage sourcing for a US seller account (please state which accounts and roughly what monthly sourcing volume)
- Fluent working English, written and spoken
- Expert-level Keepa reading — you should be able to explain to me why a chart is a buy or a pass
- Working knowledge of at least one of SellerAmp SAS
- Solid grasp of the FBA fee structure: referral fee, fulfillment fee, storage, low-inventory fee, returns exposure
- Awareness of brand gating, IP complaints, and what typically triggers a suspension — you are a filter, not just a lead generator
- Comfortable in Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, clean data entry)
- Reliable daily availability with at least [2-3] hours of overlap with CET
- Your own computer and stable internet

Nice to have

- Experience opening and managing wholesale accounts with US brands and distributors
- Familiarity with prep centers and 3PL workflows
- Experience with ungating and invoice requirements

How we work

- Target: 10 qualified leads per day, minimum 20% ROI and 5$+ net profit per unit after all fees
- Quality over quantity. A short list I can actually buy from beats a long list I have to re-check
- Weekly async check-in; daily lead sheet updates
- Paid via Paypal or bank wiring. Can be bi-weekly or monthly TBD
