JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon FBA Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Northvale Trading Co. is a growing U.S.-based e-commerce business looking for an experienced Amazon Product Sourcing VA to join the business long-term.

The primary responsibility of this position is identifying profitable products for resale on Amazon using SellerAmp SAS, Keepa, storefront sourcing, manual sourcing, and other proven sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Source profitable products for Amazon FBA
- Analyze products using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa
- Evaluate Buy Box history, price stability, sales velocity, competition, Amazon presence, fees, profit, and ROI
- Use storefront sourcing, manual sourcing, and other proven sourcing methods
- Verify exact product matches, variations, pack counts, and quantities
- Identify potential IP, brand, and listing risks
- Record qualified leads accurately in the provided sourcing spreadsheet
- Follow established sourcing criteria and submit leads consistently

Qualifications:
- Previous paid experience sourcing products for an Amazon seller
- Strong SellerAmp SAS experience
- Strong Keepa chart-reading ability
- Experience with online arbitrage and/or wholesale sourcing
- Understanding of Amazon Buy Box behavior, sales velocity, seller competition, and price history
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently and consistently

Compensation & Growth:
The position will begin with a short paid trial at $10 per approved lead. The strongest candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position starting at $4.00/hour plus performance bonuses, with opportunities for raises and increased responsibility as the business grows.
