JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing VA. This is not an entry-level position. You should already understand Amazon FBA sourcing and be able to find profitable leads independently.

Your primary responsibility will be sourcing profitable online-arbitrage products that meet our buying criteria.

You must have hands-on experience with SellerAmp SAS and Keepa and understand how to properly analyze a potential lead before submitting it.

Responsibilities include:

Online arbitrage product sourcing
Manual sourcing
Storefront stalking and reverse sourcing
Finding and analyzing profitable product leads
Using SellerAmp SAS to evaluate ROI, profit, fees, eligibility, competition, and other key metrics
Reading Keepa charts and understanding sales rank, price history, Buy Box behavior, offer count, Amazon presence, and historical trends
Checking variations and identifying the correct ASIN/product match
Evaluating seller competition and whether a product is realistically worth purchasing
Finding discounts, coupons, promo codes, and cashback opportunities when applicable
Recording qualified leads accurately in our sourcing sheet
Following our minimum profit, ROI, sales-rank, competition, and other sourcing requirements

Requirements:
Previous Amazon FBA online-arbitrage sourcing experience is required. You should already know SellerAmp SAS, Keepa, storefront stalking/reverse sourcing, and manual sourcing. You should be able to explain your sourcing process and demonstrate that you can distinguish a genuinely good lead from a product that only looks profitable at first glance.

When applying, please include your Amazon FBA sourcing experience, how long you have used SellerAmp and Keepa, the sourcing methods you normally use, how many qualified leads you can typically produce per day, your availability, and your expected hourly rate.

Desired hours: I’d start around 15–20 hours/week, then increase hours if their leads consistently convert into profitable buys.

For the title, I’d definitely include “Online Arbitrage”. “Amazon FBA VA” alone will attract a lot of applicants with listing, customer-service, or general Seller Central experience rather than actual sourcing experience.
