PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR IS A MUST! MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE. PREFERABLY 3 YEARS PLUS.
This is a very advanced role as a transaction coordinator with a real estate team doing over 100 deals a year. If you don't have experience and are not confident in what you are doing as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will not be successful in this role.
We are looking for highly experienced Transaction Coordinators who are go-getters, confident, and ready to jump into a team that closes deals every day and every month. This is not a laid-back role; this is not an entry-level role. This is an advanced Transaction Coordinator Role.

Job description
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company operating in the Kansas City and Springfield, Missouri markets. Our business focuses on off market and wholesale acquisitions, fix and flip projects, new construction, and rental properties. We are looking for a detail oriented Transaction Coordinator who can also step into an Administrative Assistant role during slower periods. This is a part time position, working Monday through Friday, nine AM to one PM Central time.
You will be the backbone of our deal pipeline, making sure every off market and wholesale transaction moves smoothly from contract to close. You will work closely with title companies, escrow, sellers, buyers, and our internal team to keep files organized and deadlines on track. When transaction volume slows down, you will support the broader team with administrative and light bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
Managing transaction files from executed contract through closing for wholesale and off market deals. Coordinating directly with title companies to open title, resolve title issues, and track closing timelines. Tracking and enforcing key deadlines, including inspection periods, earnest money, closing dates, and any assignment or double close requirements. Communicating proactively with sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal team members to keep everyone updated. Preparing, organizing, and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintaining organized, up to date records in our CRM and transaction management systems. Flagging issues or delays early and helping resolve them before they become problems. Requirements
Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator, ideally with exposure to wholesale, off market, or investor real estate transactions. Strong understanding of the contract to close process and working with title companies. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong technical skills and comfort learning new software and systems quickly. Experience with QuickBooks or general bookkeeping is a strong plus. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple files at once without dropping details. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Available Monday through Friday, nine AM to one PM Central time. Having an Iphone is a plus.
