Premium Australian BPO is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for our client, a leading Australian NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) company.

This role is perfect for an individual that has at least 2 years proven experience in an admin officer role, preferably for another NDIS provider or similar. Seeking someone highly organized with excellent communication skills- to manage and allocate incoming enquiries to the appropriate tea
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate daily desk tickets to the appropriate Client Service Coordinators. Using Zoho Desk.
• Review and categorise incoming enquiries and referrals
• Meet daily with Team Leader to review complex tickets
• Perform accurate data entry into internal practice management systems- including Nookal.
• Maintain the highest standards of organisation and attention to detail- in alignment with expectations for healthcare.
Key Requirements Include:
• Proven Admin Officer experience 2 years + (remote experience preferred- Australian experience ideal)
• Previous experience working for an NDIS provider (or similar healthcare company).
• Strong experience using Zoho Desk (required).
• High level of proficiency with Zoho systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills. High level of proficiency both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working aligned with NSW, Australia business hours (8am-4.30pm AEST).
