JOB OVERVIEW

US-based Real Estate Investment Firm in Rentals Management is seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to work with the Real Estate Business. US and PH tea ---------- mbers collaborate daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for processing, monitoring, and updating all company financial reports, the leasing and renewals of the tenants. Please make sure that all applications are reviewed and all contracts are updated. The Bookkeeper also responsible for the financial health of our company by managing our financial procedures which include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related course
- Certified Public Accountant is a plus
- At least 2 years experience in bookkeeper/accounting
- Hands-on experience in Real Estate industry is a must
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- US Tax Preparation experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
