JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 3-5 IT Technician Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental focused IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, computer hardware, help desk procedures, dental equipment and practice management systems, security, and network operations. The IT Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining our technology systems and assisting users with their technical needs both remotely and onsite.

We will consider applications with the following skills and knowledge of:

-Ninja RMM
-Systems Integration
-Group Policy Management

Duties
-Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone calls, and in-person assistance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues end user operating systems.
-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of all systems.
-Utilize the Zoho platform for tracking issues, managing requests, and documenting solutions.
-Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer hardware and software.
-Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical issues and provide clear solutions.
-Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
-Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

Qualifications
-Project manager experience.
-Internal and external MSP experience.
-Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles.
-Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
-Experience with Zoho Desk or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
-Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
-Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and best practices.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
