### The Role

We’re hiring an **Executive / Sales Assistant** to support leadership and sales operations behind the scenes. This is a **non-client-facing, execution-focused role** built for someone who loves backend work, systems, and keeping things running smoothly.

Your job is simple to say, hard to do well:

**protect leadership focus and revenue ---------- ntum by owning communication, follow-ups, and internal execution.**

### What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Managing leadership and shared inboxes so only decision-level items reach executives
- Drafting, organizing, and sending internal and outbound emails
- Scheduling sales calls and internal handoff calls without back-and-forth
- Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data (deal stages, notes, tasks, next steps)
- Tracking follow-ups across sales and operations with a zero-missed-follow-up standard
- Executing sales ? PM/Operations handoffs using internal checklists
- Preparing internal client onboarding documentation and organizing intake data
- Updating active job trackers and sending analytics report emails
- Triggering review requests at project completion
- Coordinating internal new-hire onboarding (accounts, docs, readiness)
- Keeping internal systems, trackers, and documentation clean and current
- Flagging inefficiencies or risks before they become problems

### Experience We’re Looking For

- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRMs, inbox systems, and task/project tools
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
- Experience supporting sales or operations teams is a plus
