JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing car rental and dealership company currently under development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help build efficient systems while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with the CEO to execute daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
* Coach, lead, and hold tea ---------- mbers accountable for day-to-day performance.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
* Coordinate communication between repair facilities, body shops, mechanics, vendors, and parts suppliers.
* Handle phone calls, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure projects stay on track.
* Assist with process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency.
* Utilize AI tools and modern technology to automate workflows and increase productivity.
* Support recruiting, training, and implementation of new business systems as the company grows.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient with AI tools, business software, and technology.
* Experience with automotive, dealership, fleet management, or car rental operations is a strong advantage.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
