EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL DIRECTOR

???? Hybrid or Remote | Location: Philippines

GRUPO ORTIZ MEXICO is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the General Director. This position reports directly to the General Director and plays a critical role in providing high-level executive and strategic support.

The successful candidate will manage complex international calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure seamless communication across multiple time zones, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

???? What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, International Relations, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a General Director, CEO, or President (mandatory)

Advanced English (C1 or higher) – required and assessed during interviews

Advanced Spanish – required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience supporting international operations and logistics

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

Availability to work with international time zones (up to +8 hours difference) and travel when required

Mandarin is a strong plus
