Executive Virtual Fleet Operations Assistant
Full-Time | $600/month | U.S. EST Hours Required

Ice Auto Rentals is a growing car rental company based in Virginia serving the DMV and Baltimore areas. We rent reliable economy cars to gig drivers (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart) for $400 per week.

We are hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant to manage backend operations and lead handling. This role directly affects revenue. If cars sit vacant or leads go cold, revenue drops.

Main Duties:

Respond to Facebook inquiries within 5 minutes during work hours

Pre-qualify applicants (license status, driving record, start date)

Manage and update leads inside ConnectPro CRM

Follow up consistently with applicants

Post and refresh Facebook Marketplace listings

Send weekly payment reminders

Track payments and late accounts

Submit a weekly performance report

Requirements:

Strong written English

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

Comfortable handling Facebook leads

Must work during U.S. Eastern Time hours

Reliable high-speed internet

Compensation:
$600 per month
40–50 hours per week
90-day performance review for potential raise
