JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing pelvic floor physical therapy practice. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA who wants to grow with us to help automate, organize, and assist with insurance activities.
Specific Duties:
Adding data to Go High Level CMR
Building out nurturing and blitz sequences in Go High Level
Creating basic graphics in Canva from provided templates
Calling insurances to verify benefits
Updating EMR to reflect patient plans of care.

Required Skills:
Must Have:
Excellent written English
Experience with Go High Level
Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
Ability to make phone calls
Own computer with webcam
Nice to Have:
Previous VA experience
Knowledge of physical therapy, insurance benefits

Working Hours & Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
Full time preferred, if Part-time: 25 hours per week, flexible schedule with 4 hours overlap with PST

Compensation:
$4-6 per hour depending on experience
Starting at $500/month for full-time
