This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and real estate transaction experience (bonus if familiar with PA real estate contracts or transaction coordination experience)
Responsibilities
Your role will include a mix of executive support, operations management, and real estate coordination, such as:
Executive Support
• Manage calendar and scheduling
•
• Task tracking and follow-ups
• Meeting preparation and notes
Real Estate Operations
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines
• Communicate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
• Maintain CRM and transaction management systems
• Track contract deadlines and ensure compliance
• Assist with listing coordination and marketing tasks
Administrative & Project Support
• Create and document SOPs
• Research and data entry
• Manage spreadsheets and reports
• Coordinate vendors and service providers
• Assist with marketing and social media posts
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
? Has 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
? Has excellent written and spoken English
? SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH WITH LITTLE TO NO ACCENT
? Is highly organized and detail oriented
? Is proactive and able to solve problems independently
? Is comfortable learning new software and systems
? Can work during US Eastern Time business hours
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Real estate transaction coordination
• CRMs like Lofty
• Canva or basic marketing support
• Short-term rentals
