Company: A Cut Above Landscaping (United States) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM US Central Time (9:00 PM–5:00 AM Philippine Time during US Daylight Saving Time; 10:00 PM–6:00 AM during US Standard Time) Pay: $10–$14 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill level Type: Full-time, long-term

About the role

Cut Above Landscaping is a growing landscaping company in the US. We're hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to be the first voice our customers hear and the person who keeps our sales team's calendar full and running smoothly.

This is a phone-heavy role. If you don't enjoy talking to people on the phone, this is not the job for you. But it's also a detail-heavy role, and that's where most people we've hired before have fallen short. We've had assistants who were great on the phone but sloppy with data entry, and assistants who were meticulous with data but froze up on calls. We need someone who is strong at both.

What you'll do

Call new leads and book estimates (your top priority)

Call every new lead that comes in, quickly, and book them for an on-site estimate
Handle objections and questions confidently and professionally
Log every call, outcome, and appointment accurately

Cold call commercial properties (during downtime)

Call commercial properties and property managers to schedule meetings for our sales team
Keep organized notes on who you've contacted and when to follow up

Follow up on sent proposals

Contact prospects who have received a proposal from our sales team
Answer basic questions, push for a decision, and report status back to the sales team

Keep our systems accurate

Enter and update appointments and lead information in Google Calendar, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Aspire (our landscaping business software)
Every appointment must be entered correctly, completely, and in the right place. No exceptions.

Schedule with geography in mind

Our sales team drives to every estimate. You'll need to look at a map of our service area and understand which neighborhoods are close to each other and which are not.
Booking a salesman in one part of the city at 10:00 AM and then an hour's drive away at 11:00 AM is a scheduling failure, and it's happened before. You'll be expected to group appointments by area and route the sales team's day efficiently.
What we're looking for
Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, friendly phone presence
Real sales or appointment-setting experience by phone (cold calling experience is a big plus)
Proven attention to detail with data entry and CRM work
Experience with GoHighLevel and/or Google Calendar; Aspire experience is a plus but we will train the right person
Comfortable reading Google Maps and thinking about drive times when scheduling
Reliable, fast internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset
Able to commit to the full 8 AM–4 PM US Central schedule, Monday through Friday, long-term
