We are looking for a highly organised, intelligent, and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO in managing multiple businesses and operations.
???? Role Overview
This is NOT a basic admin role.
You will act as the right hand to the CEO, helping manage:
Email
Clients
Operations
Reporting
Team performance
Payments & compliance tracking
You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to think independently.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? 1.
Manage multiple
Identify important
Draft professional replies with solutions
Follow up with clients and tea
???? 2. WhatsApp & Client Communication
Review and organise WhatsApp messages
Respond to clients where appropriate
Escalate important matters to CEO
Keep only critical messages pending
???? 3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for:
Accounting business
Financial services
Care home operations
Track performance metrics and highlight issues
???? 4. KPI & Team Performance Management
Monitor staff KPIs
Prepare performance reports
Identify underperforming areas
Support improvement tracking
???? 5. Client Management & Onboarding
Handle client queries professionally
Maintain strong client relationships
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Coordinate with internal teams
???? 6. Payments & Financial Admin (Care Home)
Manage supplier payments
Track outstanding payments
Ensure timely processing
???? 7. Property & Compliance Tracking
Track rent payments
Monitor compliance (EICR, EPC, CP12 etc.)
Coordinate renewals
?? 8. General Operations Support
Assist in improving processes
Identify inefficiencies
Support CEO in decision-making

???? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2–4 years experience as Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant
Experience handling:
Email
Clients
Reports
Experience with tools like:
Google Sheets / Excel
CRM systems
Email
