JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are the founder-led brand Bound Nolo, a fast-growing jewelry and experiential retail company based in Minneapolis. We specialize in permanent jewelry, charm bars, and custom event experiences.

We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of multiple areas of the business and help us scale.

We are looking for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to figure things out independently.

This role will support across:
• Customer service (email + DM responses)
• Event coordination + booking support
• Social media posting + scheduling
• Influencer outreach + tracking
• E-commerce
• Website updates and migration assistance (We use GoDaddy and plan to migrate to Shopify soon)
• Order management + tracking
• Email marketing setup (New MailChimp account)
• Basic graphic design (Canva)
• Data entry + reporting
• General admin + business support

You will be responsible for:
• Responding to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Managing inbound event leads and helping book clients
• Scheduling and posting social media content
• Reaching out to influencers and tracking partnerships
• Updating product listings and inventory
• Organizing files, documents, and systems
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:
• Strong written English (VERY important)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and solve problems
• Experience with e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
• Experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok)
• Familiar with Canva or basic design tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Fast response times and reliable communication

Bonus (not required but preferred):
• Experience working with U.S. brands
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, or beauty
• Experience with influencer outreach
• Experience with event-based businesses

Hours & Pay:

• Part-time to start (20–40 hours/week)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time
• Pay based on experience ($3-$5/hour)
