JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly resourceful, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support research, digital projects, marketing, content creation, and emerging technology initiatives.

This is not a traditional administrative VA role. We need someone who can manage multiple priorities, learn new tools quickly, and help move projects from concept to execution.

**Candidates must be available during U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours.**

## Responsibilities

### Research

* Property and public-record research
* Deeds, mortgages, ownership, companies, and LLCs
* Lenders, buyers, and investors
* Competitor and market research
* Software and technology research
* New business concepts and opportunities

### Graphic Design

Create professional:

* Flyers
* Social media graphics
* Branding materials
* Presentations
* Digital ads
* Website graphics

Strong Canva skills preferred.

### Websites & Go High Level

Assist with:

* Websites and landing pages
* CRM and pipelines
* Forms
* Email and SMS campaigns
* Automations
* Lead management

Experience with Go High Level is strongly preferred. Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, or AI website builders is also valuable.

### Social Media & Video

Create and manage content for:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube
* LinkedIn

Experience with CapCut is strongly preferred.

### AI & Technology

Experience with tools such as:

* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Gemini
* ElevenLabs
* Canva AI
* AI image and video tools
* AI avatars and voice tools
* Automation platforms
