JOB OVERVIEW

Serviont is a premium estate management company serving two core clients: high-net-worth homeowners in Utah, USA and property management companies who need a trusted vendor for their properties. We consolidate every service a property needs — cleaning, landscaping, pool and spa care, pest control, painting, snow removal, and full estate management — into a single point of contact. Our clients make one call, and everything gets handled.
We're looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to be the operational right hand of the founder. You'll handle inbound calls and emails, support business development outreach, apply to vendor lists on our behalf, manage CRM and scheduling, and keep operations running smoothly — all from SOPs we provide. This is not a task-list role. We want someone who thinks ahead, communicates proactively, and takes real ownership.
What you'll do:

Answer and respond to inbound calls and emails professionally
Outreach to luxury homeowners, realtors, builders, HOAs, and property management companies
Apply to vendor lists for property management groups on behalf of Serviont
Manage CRM, scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
Send proactive updates to the founder without being asked

Who you are:

Highly organized and self-directed — you execute without constant direction
Excellent written and spoken English
Motivated by performance and commission upside
Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage company
Proficient with Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools
