We are a fast-growing U.S. mortgage brokerage and financial services firm operating across multiple states. We work with Realtors, builders, investors, and buyers in a high-volume, high-urgency environment where speed, accuracy, follow-up, and execution matter.

This is a fast-paced role supporting the CEO directly. You must be able to think, d ---------- , and act independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes without waiting for instruction.

Who This Role Is For

You are a strong fit if you:

Operate independently and do not need micromanagement

Have real experience in mortgage operations, underwriting, or processing

Understand Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines

Have hands-on experience with AUS (DU / LP)

Are familiar with MCR, Call Reports, and annual mortgage reporting

Know how to execute KPIs and SOPs, not just discuss them

Speak clear, confident English and are comfortable on the phone

Make proactive sales and follow-up calls

Are highly organized, assertive, and detail-oriented

Are profit-, sales-, and results-driven

Understand compensation is earned through results, not time

Core Responsibilities
Sales, Calls & Follow-Up (Daily Priority)

Make outbound follow-up and sales calls to leads, clients, Realtors, and partners

Aggressively request missing documents and underwriting items

Push files, approvals, and conversations forward without being told

Track outcomes, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM

Ensure nothing stalls or goes cold

Mortgage Operations, Underwriting & Compliance

Review files for underwriting readiness

Interpret and communicate DU / LP findings

Track, organize, and assist with clearing conditions

Support scenario structuring within guidelines

Assist with MCR, Call Reports, and annual reporting

Track production and compliance data accurately

Systems, KPIs & SOP Execution

Learn and master all company systems, products, and programs

Work inside a Microsoft Teams environment

Execute SOPs without reminders

Track and report KPIs (calls, follow-ups, file movement, conversions)

Track, bill, and invoice all completed tasks

Clearly report actions taken and results achieved

Schedule & Availability

Part-time role

Base availability during agreed working hours

Must be available after hours when needed for urgent deals, deadlines, or follow-ups

This is not a clock-watching role — responsiveness matters

Compensation & Incentives

Base pay: $5 USD/hour

Monthly cap: Up to $600 USD (part-time)

Additional Pay and Incentives: Performance-based and tied directly to profits and results

Incentives are earned based on:

Revenue-supporting follow-ups

File progression and deal movement

KPI execution

Operational efficiency that increases profit

This role is for someone who wants upside, not just a guaranteed check.

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Strong spoken English (phone-based role)

Mortgage processing, underwriting, LOA, or compliance experience

Experience with DU / LP (AUS)

Knowledge of MCR & Call Reports

KPI and SOP execution experience

CRM experience

Microsoft Teams proficiency

Reliable internet and professional call setup
