Position Title: Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator
Location: Healthydermis MedSpa
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission on Sales
Overview
Healthydermis is a well-established, high-end MedSpa seeking a top-level Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our leadership-facing team. This role is ideal for a polished, results-driven professional with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for exceptional client experience within a luxury medical aesthetics environment.
This position works closely with our CEO and Office Manager and plays a key role in revenue generation, patient coordination, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Accurately explain all MedSpa services, including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• HydraFacial
• Morpheus8
• Tattoo Removal
• Forma
• Microneedling
• Hydration Treatments
• Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations and treatments
• Present promotions, packages, and loyalty memberships with confidence
• Upsell services and products when appropriate while maintaining integrity and trust
Scheduling & Coordination
• Ensure precise and accurate scheduling for all patients
• Coordinate closely with the Office Manager to manage patient flow and individual needs
• Maintain detailed notes and communication regarding each patient’s journey
CEO Collaboration & Strategy
• Attend regular meetings with the CEO for:
• Sales coaching and performance review
• Product education and training
• Planning future promotions and Loyalty Membership programs
• Assist the CEO, as needed, with reviewing select documents related to sales, operations, promotions, or strategic initiatives
Post-Treatment & Client Care
• Address patient questions and concerns regarding treatments and aftercare (especially laser procedures)
• Support product recommendations and post-treatment purchases
• Send review invitations and maintain high patient satisfaction standards
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, client coordination, or luxury service environments (MedSpa or medical aesthetics experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow with the company
