JOB OVERVIEW

- Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Contractor | Full Time (Up to 60 hours per week)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time), 6 days per week
- Compensation: Salary + Commission

About the Role:
We are hiring a proven Remote Sales Closer to handle qualified inbound leads and convert them into clients. This is not an entry-level sales role. If you do not have a track record of closing and cannot demonstrate results, do not apply. We need someone who is relentless with follow-up, confident in handling objections, and skilled at closing high-value recurring accounts. You must also be able to work effectively inside GHL (GoHighLevel) to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work inbound leads through our CRM (GHL) and close them into paying clients.
- Conduct virtual sales calls with families and present solutions clearly.
- Follow up diligently via phone, text, and email until deals are closed.
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline management in GHL.
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and move leads to a decision.
- Work the sales process consistently from first contact to close.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (required) - must be clear, confident, and professional.
- Proven experience as a sales closer — must show past performance.
- Hands-on experience using GHL (GoHighLevel) for sales and follow-up.
- Skilled at objection handling and building trust quickly.
- Highly diligent with follow-up and daily pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely.
- Available to work 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time, 6 days/week.
