JOB OVERVIEW

Social media experience a must. I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing executive, administrative, business, and personal support.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities:

* Calendar management, scheduling, and reminders
* Email organization and professional correspondence
* Online research and information gathering
* Business development and opportunity research
* Grant and funding opportunity research
* Social media and content management
* Project coordination and task tracking
* Spreadsheet creation, data entry, and document preparation
* Travel research and personal administrative assistance
* Vendor research and appointment coordination
* Follow-ups, deadline monitoring, and weekly progress reports

Qualifications:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research
* Familiarity with Canva and productivity tools
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication

Position Details:

* Remote, part-time
* Approximately 30 hours weekly
* Flexible schedule with some U.S. Pacific Time overlap
* Long-term opportunity
