JOB OVERVIEW

I am an entrepreneur who has built a seven-figure company and am currently growing a new personal development and coaching ---------- @iamernestcurry (Do Not Contact On Social Media!!!!)

I already have a small remote team that includes operations/implementation support and professional video editing.

I am not looking for another virtual assistant.

I am looking for a strong Executive Operations & Marketing Manager who can become my right hand and help turn ideas into completed projects.

I move quickly, have multiple responsibilities, and need someone who is comfortable managing up.

That means I need someone who will follow up with me, hold me accountable to deadlines, organize priorities, manage the team, spot bottlenecks and keep projects moving without waiting for me to tell them every next step.

If I miss a deadline, I don't need someone who simply waits for me.

I need someone who follows up and says:

"Ernest, the team needs this from you today. Here's what is waiting on you, here's what we can move forward without you, and here's what I need you to approve."

What You'll Own

- Manage weekly priorities, projects and deadlines

-Turn my ideas and voice notes into clear projects and action items

- Manage and follow up with existing team members

- Hold me accountable for the things only I can complete

-Maintain our project management system and make sure every task has an owner and deadline

- Run short team meetings and follow up on action items

- Keep launches, funnels, content and marketing projects moving

-Track weekly KPIs and provide a simple founder scorecard

- Understand basic Meta/Facebook Ads performance and recognize when campaigns need attention

-Coordinate content from recording → editing → approval → publishing

-Work with GoHighLevel and our marketing systems

- Identify problems before they become emergencies

-Protect priorities so we finish projects instead of constantly starting new ones

What I Am NOT Hiring You To Be

You do not need to be my graphic designer.

You do not need to edit my videos.

You do not need to be an expert copywriter. (but other skills are a bonus)

You do not need to personally build everything.

I already have people who can execute with direction and leadership

Your job is to make sure the right work gets assigned, completed, measured and moved forward.

You should understand digital marketing well enough to manage marketing projects and recognize when something isn't working. Understanding online coaching and building community is a plus.

You're Probably A Great Fit If

+You've directly supported a founder, CEO, coach or entrepreneur

+You have strong project-management experience

+ You've worked with coaching, consulting, education, membership or personal-brand businesses

+You understand digital marketing, funnels, lead generation and Meta Ads

+You're comfortable with GoHighLevel, Notion and/or similar systems

+You're extremely organized

+You communicate clearly

+You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

+You're comfortable reminding and challenging a founder when something is late

+You can take a messy idea and turn it into an organized execution plan

+ You understand the difference between being busy and producing results

Schedule & Compensation

This position will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The starting compensation range is $700–$900 USD per month depending on experience.

This is intended to become a long-term position. Hours, responsibilities and compensation can grow based on performance and company growth.

There will be an initial 90-day performance period.
