JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a fast-growing international women’s high fashion brand operating between Europe, the US and Asia.

We are looking for a high-level operator with experience in fashion who can take full control of the business operations and work directly with the founder.

This is NOT a simple assistant role.
You will organize, control and improve everything behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will manage the full operational flow of the company:
• Coordinate production and collections (Asia-based suppliers)
• Follow up technical development, fittings, samples and timelines
• Track deliveries (EU / US) and solve issues fast
• Monitor cash flow and supplier payments
• Track margins per collection and client
• Coordinate team execution (design, sales, admin)
• Ensure launches and deliveries happen on time
• Build simple systems and weekly reports

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (IMPORTANT)
• Experience in women’s fashion / high fashion / premium fashion
• Understanding of collections, production timelines and fittings
• Experience working with suppliers or factories
• Strong sense of quality and product detail
