Calculated Moves is a specialized US-based accounting firm serving campground owners, RV park operators, and paint-your-own-pottery studio owners nationwide and small businesses. We're the go-to expert in our niche — and our goal is to 3x the business by the end of this year.

We need one Executive Operations Assistant working directly with the founder. No layers. No middle managers. No guessing.

What you'll own:
Client onboarding — making sure every new client feels taken care of from the ---------- nt they sign.
Outreach — building prospect lists, finding decision-makers, keeping the pipeline full.
Customer support — no client question sits unanswered more than a few hours.

And you'll use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude every day to move faster than anyone expects.

Who this is for:
You've worked as an EA or VA before — ideally inside an accounting firm or professional services company. You're comfortable in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM. You don't need to be told what to do every 15 minutes. You see what's broken and you fix it.

Who this is NOT for:
If you're juggling five clients and want to add a sixth — pass. If you've never been inside a CRM — pass. If you need daily hand-holding — pass.

The details:
$1,000/month starting, part-time, growing to full-time as we scale. Quarterly bonuses. Paid time off after 90 days. A clear path to Operations Manager within 12 months. You'll be one of the first hires at a company that's tripling in size. Here, you are the operation.
