Executive Operations Assistant (Remote | Systems & Administrative Support)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support a structured remote operations company.
This role exists to maintain internal systems, ensure execution consistency, and keep administrative workflows running without gaps.

Role Overview
You will support internal operations by:
Managing documentation and SOP placement
Maintaining internal systems and trackers
Sending reminders and ensuring follow-through
Preparing reports and keeping data clean and usable
This is a systems-driven administrative role, with occasional light editing and file handling support.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Core Responsibilities
Upload and organize SOPs in Notion and Google Drive
Maintain strict file naming and folder structure
Update internal records based on approved instructions
Send administrative reminders and track completion
Monitor missing logs and flag issues
Prepare weekly reports (Monday-ready)
Assist with onboarding administration (documents, quizzes, tracking)
Additional Support (Light Editing)
Make simple edits to documents, PDFs, or internal materials
Format files for clarity and consistency
Upload and organize media/files into the correct locations
Route finalized materials for approval when needed
Daily Work Includes
Task tracking and updates
System organization and cleanup
Following up on incomplete or delayed items
Sending end-of-shift summaries
What This Role Is NOT
Not a decision-making role
Not customer support or social media
Not a high-level creative or design role
Not a flexible “figure it out as you go” environment
This is a precision-based execution role with clear structure and expectations.

Comfortable making basic edits and formatting adjustments

No advanced design skills required, but must be comfortable handling files and simple edits
Compensation & Hours
Trial Period (10–14 days): $2.50/hour
Post-Trial Compensation: $3.00–$5.00/hour based on accuracy, reliability, and execution quality
Hours & Work Structure
Trial: 15–20 hours per week
Post-trial: ~20 hours per week baseline
Opportunity for additional hours and consistent scheduling based on operational needs
Compensation Structure
Pay is evaluated based on:
Accuracy of work
Task completion without follow-up
System organization and consistency
Adjustments are made based on execution quality and workload responsibility
