THE ROLE
You will manage event-related
Most of your time will involve inbox management, attendance coordination, and follow-ups. A smaller portion will involve researching qualified marketers to invite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage invitation replies. Confirm interested guests, respond graciously to declines, and book meetings with people who want to learn more about Bodhium.
- Coordinate attendance. Manage calendar invitations, guest lists, reminders, logistics, cancellations, plus-one requests, and post-event follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospects. Respond to cold outreach replies, schedule meetings, and follow up on quiet threads.
- Research guests. Identify relevant marketing leaders and verify names, titles, companies, and
- Keep records current. Update Google Sheets and track next steps so no reply or conversation is missed.
- Use good judgment. Flag sensitive messages and questions requiring executive input before replying.
Inbox volume increases before events. You must work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or tone.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least five years of relevant experience in executive communications, inbox management, executive assistance, ghostwriting, or sales support.
- Natural, fluent written English and the ability to match an executive’s voice.
- Strong attention to names, titles, dates, time zones, grammar, and tone.
- Experience managing multiple inboxes, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and sales
- Ability to research executives on LinkedIn and assess their fit.
- Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to ask for guidance.
Experience supporting US executives, managing event RSVPs, or working in B2B software is a plus.

Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Mixmax, Clay, and LinkedIn.
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- Full-time, remote position based in the Philippines, 40 hours per week.
- Required availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Central Time. This is an overnight schedule in the Philippines, with local hours shifting for US daylight saving time.
- Base pay of $5.50 to $7.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monthly performance bonus tied to event RSVP and attendance goals. Amounts and criteria will be explained during hiring.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
- Intel Core i5 processor, 11th generation or newer; AMD Ryzen 5 or better; or Apple M-series processor.
- At least 8GB RAM; 16GB preferred.
- Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma or newer.
