The Opportunity
This hybrid role blends high-trust executive support with hands-on growth marketing. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—owning everything from customer onboarding and invoicing to QA testing on new product releases—while also driving paid-media campaigns that attract the next wave of clients.
What You’ll Do
Executive & Customer Operations (~60 %)
Customer Onboarding: Guide issuers from signed agreement to live offering—collect documents, configure listing pages, and verify compliance steps.
Platform Quality Control: Execute test scripts, log bugs, and coordinate fixes with engineering before each deployment.
Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, reconcile payments, and answer billing questions with a concierge mindset.
Customer Success & Follow-Up: Track milestones post-launch, schedule check-ins, and ensure every client receives timely reports and document updates.
Executive Support: Prep meeting briefs and keep projects moving when priorities shift.
Paid Marketing & Growth (~40 %)
Campaign Strategy & Build-Out: Plan, launch, and optimize
Creative Coordination: Write ad copy, collaborate on visuals, and A/B-test landing page headlines.
Budget & ROI Management: Own monthly spend, report on CAC/LTV, and recommend reallocations to hit growth targets.
Funnel Optimization: Monitor lead quality, integrate with HubSpot/CRM, and trigger nurturing sequences that convert inquiries into paying clients.
We’re Looking For
Must-Haves Nice-to-Haves
3+ yrs as an EA, Ops Coordinator, or similar role in a startup/tech environment Experience in real-estate, fintech, or crowdfunding
1–2 yrs hands-on
Proven project-management chops—able to juggle dozens of details without dropping the ball Light HTML/CSS or QA testing background
Tech-savvy: comfort with SaaS dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics Canva/Figma skills for quick creative tweaks
Clear, confident written and verbal communication (client-facing) Familiarity with SEC/FINRA compliance workflows
