We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can serve as a right-hand partner to the founder—driving marketing execution, managing workflow systems like HubSpot, and helping take these world-changing platforms to market.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Serve as a core partner to the founder in the "design and deployment of go-to-market strategies" across RecycleGO and Sinansys.
- Own scheduling,
- Help organize ideas, documents, and next steps across multiple tracks of work (product, business development, investor relations).
Marketing & HubSpot Campaigns:
- Build, launch, and monitor "HubSpot marketing campaigns"
- Draft and schedule "social media posts", newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate digital marketing projects, including webinars, product launches, and conference participation.
Content & Brand Development:
- Assist with developing pitch decks, one-pagers, and thought leadership materials for RecycleGO and Sinansys.
- Manage and maintain brand templates and assets across internal and public-facing materials.
Communication & Inbox Management:
- Proactively manage the founder’s
- Maintain communication workflows with key stakeholders including partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in an executive assistant, operations, or startup marketing role
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Workspace, and social media tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and ownership of tasks
- Experience working remotely with founders or leadership teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with sustainability, supply chains, or emerging tech like blockchain/AI
