JOB OVERVIEW

Founders & Funders is hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with Adam Shaw, our Co-Founder and CEO.

This is not a traditional EA role. You will serve as Adam’s right hand, helping protect his time, manage his priorities, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Adam’s inbox, calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparation
- Draft emails and follow-ups on his behalf
- Track action items fro ---------- etings, voice notes, and conversations
- Organize important founder, investor, sponsor, and partner relationships
- Prepare concise updates and flag anything requiring Adam’s attention
- Support sponsorship outreach and other revenue opportunities
- Build AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Coordinate with the broader team to keep projects moving

Who We’re Looking For
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Fast, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Interested in startups, venture capital, and business operations
- Amenable to working during U.S. Eastern Time Hours

- Adam’s inbox and calendar are fully managed
- Follow-ups and action items are completed on time
- Important relationships are organized and consistently nurtured
- Administrative work no longer requires Adam’s attention
- New systems and AI workflows are continuously improving efficiency
