Role Overview
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
You will not simply manage calendars or send
This role is best suited for someone who wants to operate closer to leadership, take ownership of outcomes, and grow beyond administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s time based on what matters most
Turn ideas into execution and ensure consistent follow-through
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed details, and resolve them proactively
Attend meetings and translate discussions into clear action steps
Help keep projects and tea
Communicate on behalf of the CEO when necessary
Build and improve systems, workflows, and processes
Utilize tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and output
Qualifications
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to think beyond tasks and focus on outcomes
Resourceful and able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable learning and using new tools, including AI
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation and Work Setup
Compensation: $5 - $6
Pay Schedule: Weekly thru
Work Setup: Fully remote
Schedule: Must be flexible and aligned with CEO and business needs ( 40 - 45 hours a week)
