JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant** based in the Philippines to provide remote administrative and professional support to an international arbitrator and senior legal professional.

This is not a general data-entry role. The successful candidate will assist with professional registrations, research, applications, correspondence, document preparation, and career-development administration in the field of international arbitration.

## Key Responsibilities

* Research arbitration institutions, professional organizations, and arbitrator panels worldwide.
* Identify eligibility requirements, application procedures, deadlines, fees, and required documentation.
* Assist in completing applications for admission to arbitrator panels and professional rosters.
* Maintain a detailed tracker of applications, status, deadlines, follow-ups, and outcomes.
* Prepare and format CVs, professional biographies, application forms, supporting documents, and correspondence.
* Draft professional emails for review.
* Follow up with arbitration institutions and professional organizations.
* Research conferences, speaking opportunities, calls for arbitrators, memberships, and relevant professional opportunities.
* Maintain organized electronic files and document folders.
* Assist with LinkedIn and professional-profile updates when required.
* Perform other executive and administrative tasks as assigned.

## Ideal Candidate

You should have:

* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Very strong attention to detail.
* Strong internet research skills.
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and PDF skills.
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Research Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
* Professional judgment and confidentiality.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Experience working with a law firm, lawyer, arbitrator, consultant, academic, professional-services firm, or senior executive is highly desirable.

Knowledge of international arbitration is helpful but **not required**. The ability to research accurately and learn quickly is more important.

## Working Arrangement

* Remote position.
* Initially approximately **10–15 hours per week**.
* Potential for increased hours and a long-term working relationship based on performance.
* Philippine-based candidates preferred.

## Application Instructions

Please submit:

1. Your CV.
2. A short introduction explaining your relevant experience.
3. Your hourly or monthly rate.
4. Your normal working availability.
5. Your experience with legal, research, executive-assistant, or application-related work.
6. The words **“Arbitration Assistant”** at the beginning of your application so I know you have read the full job description.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a brief practical assignment before selection.
