### **Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative & Executive Support**
* Manage the Founding Attorney’s daily calendar across multiple time zones (EST/PST), including scheduling client calls, legal meetings, and internal check-ins.
* Prioritize and manage incoming
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including international flights, hotels, and car services.
* Maintain organization across various projects, files, and client deliverables using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
**Operational & Client Coordination**
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and collaborators in a professional and polished manner.
* Prepare meeting briefs, call summaries, and document outlines.
* Track deadlines for contracts, filings, and deliverables; follow up proactively.
* Manage billing, invoicing, and timesheet submissions using Clio or similar systems.
**Research & Special Projects**
* Conduct legal or business research on clients, entities, and relevant industries.
* Support in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports.
* Assist in managing special projects across the Falls ecosystem (law, art, philanthropy, and consumer ventures).

### **Requirements**
* **Minimum 5 years** of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager supporting a senior executive, ideally within legal, professional services, or consulting.
* Exceptional written and spoken **English communication skills** (C1/C2 proficiency).
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy — proficient in **Google Workspace**, **Slack**, **Notion**, **Zoom**, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).
* Comfortable working remotely and autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Ability to maintain **absolute confidentiality** and exercise discretion at all times.
* Willingness to occasionally adjust hours to align with **U.S. Eastern Time** when necessary.
