We are a US-based land wholesaling company looking for a detail-oriented, organized Executive Assistant to handle all administrative tasks including contracts, title work, escrow coordination, and CRM management.
Responsibilities:
Send and track contracts to sellers and buyers
Coordinate with title companies and escrow companies
Order and review title searches
Track deal pipeline and inventory
Update CRM (BuyerBridge) daily
Answer non-urgent
Schedule calls and closings
Follow up on pending paperwork
Requirements:
Excellent English (written and verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with real estate or administrative work (preferred)
Comfortable with Google Sheets, DocuSign,
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Willing to work US business hours
