JOB OVERVIEW

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Bonus: Additional $200 performance bonus for successful deals
Location: Remote (Candidates from LATAM and the Philippines are welcome to apply)

About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our backend operations and administrative processes. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth and increased responsibilities.

We're especially interested in candidates who have previously worked with real estate investors and understand investment workflows. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but are not required.

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST
Saturday: Approximately 2 hours as needed

What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support across multiple companies and projects
Coordinate with the acquisitions team and confirm appointments
Manage property logistics, including utilities, vendors, buyers, and inspectors
Assist with rental property setup and documentation
Upload photos, inspections, and other records into the CRM
Communicate with vendors, service providers, and tea ---------- mbers
Handle general operations and administrative tasks
Occasionally assist with light cold calling or direct seller outreach

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with real estate investors (required)
Understands real estate investment processes, transactions, and operations
Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks independently
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has experience using CRMs and online tools
Speaks Spanish (preferred but not required)
