Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
• Answer incoming calls and respond to missed calls promptly
• Reply to text messages,
• Provide quotes and basic service information to potential clients
Scheduling & Booking
• Schedule and manage cleaning appointments using our booking system (Jobber or similar)
• Reschedule jobs as needed and communicate updates to clients and cleaners
• Ensure schedules are optimized and accurate
Administrative Support
• Maintain client records and job notes
• Organize and update internal systems and files
• Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and review requests
Sales Support / Outreach
• Conduct light cold calling to property managers, Airbnb hosts, and potential commercial clients
• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Basic bookkeeping support (tracking expenses, invoices, or QuickBooks familiarity)
• Content support (organizing photos, adding logos, basic social media posting or scheduling)

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Proactive and able to follow clear processes
• Tech-savvy (comfortable learning new tools and systems)
• Experience with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or service-based businesses is a plus
