JOB OVERVIEW

The role:
An early-stage edge-AI startup. As the CEO scales the company's go-to-market efforts, his calendar, inbox, and inbound pipeline are growing fast — and he needs a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant to keep all of it organized.

This is a true executive assistant role. Your job is to protect the CEO's time, keep his agenda conflict-free, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Email, calendar, project management, personal, logistical support, and all general admin tasks.

Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-20 hours/week
-Mon-Fri U.S. time
-9am-1pm Pacific Mon-Fri (12am-4am Philippines time, midnight Tues-Sat).
-Long term, room for growth within organization
